Arrive 15 minutes before the experience starts
Those aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+
Children 0 – 3 years of age are free and will receive a complimentary ticket from Jumeira Beach Hotel Ticketing Lounge, Proof of age may be required.
The pick-up will be provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
Please wear a decent dress code. Shorts, T-shirts, flip-flops, open and running, gym, tennis, basketball shoes, etc. are not allowed.
