Documents  Required for Canada Visa Application

• Application Form: Complete one form.
• Photos: Two photos with a white background.
• Passport: Original passport for verification plus a copy, valid for 6 months with at least two consecutive blank pages. Include a copy of the personal data pages, previous Schengen/UK/US visa stamps, and immigration stamps.
• UAE Residence Visa: Copy of the valid visa, which should be valid for at least 6 months.
• NOC Letter: A letter from your Dubai company detailing your position, salary, travel date, and visit purpose, with a stamp and signature.
• Mention who will cover the expenses.
• Invitation Letter: For a business visa, include a letter from the inviting company.
• Trade License: Copy if the owner or partner is traveling.
• Bank Statement: Recent bank statements for the last 3 or 6 months with a stamp.Flight and Hotel Bookings: Copy of confirmed tickets and hotel reservations.
• Travel Insurance: Copy (not mandatory but recommended).
• Appointment Letter: For biometric submission.

Note:

• The applicant must personally apply to VFS Global Service, Wafi Mall, due to biometric requirements.
• Processing time is approximately 3-4 working weeks.
• The Embassy has discretion over issuing single or multiple entries.
• For families, include a marriage certificate, birth certificate, tenancy contract, and vaccination card.
