Terms & Conditions

• Rates are based on a minimum group size of 30 people traveling together.
• Full payment must be completed 10 days prior to the arrival date at the destination.
• Travelers are responsible for verifying and obtaining any necessary documents, including visa requirements.
• Hotel check-in is typically at 14:00/15:00 hours, and check-out is at 11:00/12:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• The itinerary and tour schedule are tentative and may change due to local conditions, such as weather, traffic, or government regulations.
• Pre- or post-tour adjustments must be requested at the time of booking, as last-minute changes will not be accommodated.
• No refunds will be issued for unused or unutilized services. The final itinerary will be provided upon booking confirmation.

• Double/Twin Rooms: A double room includes either a queen/king-size bed or two separate twin beds.

• Triple rooms accommodate a maximum of three guests, typically with one queen or king-size bed or two separate beds. A rollaway bed or cot may be added as a third bed if required.

• The company is not liable if a guest is deported by immigration or government authorities for any reason.

• If a guest accidentally or deliberately causes damage to their hotel room, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the damages. The guest is responsible for covering these charges directly with the hotel before check-out.

• Guests are advised not to leave valuables on the tour coach. The company assumes no responsibility for any lost items.

• If a guest causes accidental or intentional damage to the tour vehicle, they will be liable for the compensation amount required by the coach company.

• Meals are provided in buffet style. The company does not guarantee specific meal types or special arrangements, including dietary considerations for infants, children, or guests with specific health conditions.
