  • Hotel Room Damage: If the hotel room is damaged by the guest, either accidentally or intentionally, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the damage. The guest must settle this directly with the hotel before checking out.

• Accommodation Details:

• Triple Room: Accommodates up to three people in one room. Triple rooms typically consist of one queen or king-size bed, with an additional rollaway bed or cot.
• Double/Twin Room: Features either a queen or king-size bed or two separate beds. Requests for a queen-size bed will be subject to availability. If unavailable, a twin-bed room will be provided.
• Immigration/Deportation: We are not responsible for any issues arising from deportation by immigration authorities or any government agencies.
• Meals: Meals are typically served buffet-style, and we do not guarantee special meal requests or timings. No special provisions will be made for infants, children, or passengers with specific health conditions such as high cholesterol, diabetes, or high blood pressure.
• Tour Cancellations: The company reserves the right to postpone or cancel any announced trips for any reason. In such cases, the amount paid will be fully refunded. However, no additional compensation or claims will be entertained.
• Tour Modifications: The company reserves the right to modify the tour package or itinerary before or during the trip. We will make every effort to inform you of any changes at the time of booking or prior to departure. If changes occur during the tour, our local representative will update you immediately, and
